Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zexton.com and every product or service ordered from Zexton IT Solutions ("Zexton", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate, current contact and billing information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping passwords and credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to purchase services.
Orders and activation
Orders are activated after successful payment and any required verification (identity, fraud or registry checks). We may refuse or cancel an order that fails verification, appears fraudulent, or would breach law or these terms. Any payment for a refused order is refunded.
Pricing, taxes and billing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Introductory prices apply to the first billing term only. Renewals are charged at the renewal price shown at the time of renewal. Services are billed in advance for the selected term (monthly, yearly or multi-year).
Renewals and expiry
We send renewal reminders to your registered email before expiry. It is your responsibility to renew on time. Services with auto-renew enabled are renewed automatically using your saved payment method. Unpaid services may be suspended after the due date and terminated, with data deleted, after the grace period described in the product documentation.
Acceptable use
Use of our services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Customer content and backups
You retain ownership of all content you host with us and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service. Although we perform backups on eligible plans, you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of important data.
Third-party services
Domains are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and ICANN or NIXI policies. Software licences (such as cPanel, Plesk, Windows Server or Microsoft 365) are subject to their vendors’ terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zexton is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may cancel a service at any time from your account or by contacting support. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email or on this page at least 15 days before they take effect.
